Butterfried Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
  Butter 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)
  Medium shrimp 2 Pound, peeled, deveined and butterflied (900 Gram)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), smashed and chopped
  Green peppers 1 1⁄2 , cut into thin strips
  Lemon 1 Large, peeled and diced
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat butter in large frying pan.
Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes each side over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and season well; continue cooking 1 minute.
Stir in green pepper and diced lemon; cook 1 more minute.
Correct seasoning, add parsley and paprika, mix.
