Butterfried Garlic Shrimp
|Butter||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)|
|Medium shrimp||2 Pound, peeled, deveined and butterflied (900 Gram)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), smashed and chopped|
|Green peppers||1 1⁄2 , cut into thin strips|
|Lemon||1 Large, peeled and diced|
|Chopped parsley||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
Heat butter in large frying pan.
Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes each side over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and season well; continue cooking 1 minute.
Stir in green pepper and diced lemon; cook 1 more minute.
Correct seasoning, add parsley and paprika, mix.
