Shrimp Delight Using Consomme

Ingredients
  Condensed consomme 21 Ounce (2 Can)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Canned shrimp 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Avocado slices 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine consomme, lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce.
Chill until slightly thickened; stir occasionally.
Fold in shrimp, celery, and onion.
Chill until jellied.
