Fried Shrimp With Eggs
|Shrimp||1 1⁄2 Pound, peeled and deveined (750 Gram)|
|Sauce||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Lemon juice||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Paprika||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
Place shrimp in large bowl.
Add soya sauce, lemon juice and paprika; marinate 15 minutes.
Heat oil in large frying pan.
Meanwhile, dip shrimp in beaten eggs and add to pan.
Cook shrimp 2 minutes each side over medium heat.
When shrimp are cooked, drain on paper towels.
