Shrimp With Yogurt
|Butter||3 Tablespoon (for sauteeing)|
|Finely chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Shelled deveined shrimp||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Finely chopped parsley||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Caraway seeds||1⁄4 Teaspoon, lightly crushed|
|Garlic||1⁄4 Clove (1.25 gm), finely chopped|
|Dry white wine/Clam juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Melt the butter in a skillet and saute the onion until transparent. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring, until the shrimp turn pink.
2. Add the parsley, caraway seeds, garlic, wine, and kelp. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the yogurt.
