Shrimp With Yogurt

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon (for sauteeing)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Shelled deveined shrimp 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Finely chopped parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Caraway seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon, lightly crushed
  Garlic 1⁄4 Clove (1.25 gm), finely chopped
  Dry white wine/Clam juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Melt the butter in a skillet and saute the onion until transparent. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring, until the shrimp turn pink.
2. Add the parsley, caraway seeds, garlic, wine, and kelp. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the yogurt.
