Grilled Garlic Shrimp
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), chopped|
|Large shrimp||2 Pound, shelled and deveined|
Combine oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and cayenne.
Marinate shrimp for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Place on skewers and broil close to coals for 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, basting frequently with marinade.
