This sweet & sour shrimp recipe is really delicious and flavorful. Serve this on rice or noodles.
500 Gram, sliced
1 , sliced
Canned sliced pineapple
Sliced bell pepper
150 Gram (Red And Yellow Variety)
2 Medium, quartered
3 Clove (15 gm), chopped
Green onion stalk
1 Tablespoon (Add More Quantity If Needed)
Extra virgin olive oil
Heat a non-stick frying pan and saute onions, chopped garlic, sliced fresh cherry tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and sweat until tomatoes are quite smashed. Add pineapple and carrots and simmer for 2 minutes. Add shrimps, ground pepper, ginger powder, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and keep simmering for additional 5 minutes or until shrimps are cooked. Add bell pepper and let soften for 1 minute, once done, add green onions for garnishing, mix and serve.
