Shrimps With Monggh And Spinach

A very simple and easy dish to prepare yet yummy and nutritious.
Ingredients
  Mung beans 150 Gram
  Deveined shelled shrimps 170 Gram
  Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Spinach 100 Gram
  Ground mixed pepper 1 Pinch
  Chopped garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Broth cube 1 1⁄2
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Boil the monggo beans or mung beans with 1 PC. of broth cube vegetable flavour until quite smashed and set aside.

Using the same pot, heat the olive oil and saute the onions and the garlic until golden brown. Add the shrimps, the remainin half of broth cube, the ground pepper, the spinach, a glass of water and simmer until spinach are half way cooked. Add the beans to the mixture and simmer again for 5min.
