Seasoned Shrimp In Beer

Ingredients
  Peppercorns 6
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1 Lemon)
  Bay leaf 1 , crumbled
  Celery leaves 6 (From 3 Ribs Of Celery)
  Parsley sprigs 1 Tablespoon, stems removed
  Horseradish 2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
  Beer 24 Ounce (2 Cans, 12 Ounce Each)
  Shrimp 2 Pound
Directions

Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Add shrimp.
Return to boil and cook 3 minutes.
Turn off heat.
Let stand 10-15 minutes.
