Maui Pickled Shrimp

Ingredients
  Shrimp 1 1⁄2 Pound, cleaned (cooked)
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Onion 1 , minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Place shrimp, parsley and onion in a bowl.
Blend together other ingredients and pour over shrimp.
Chill at least an hour before serving (overnight is best) stirring once or twice.
To serve, line a tray with ti leaves or what have you, and set a small bowl of Chinese mustard in center.
Heap drained shrimp around bowl and garnish with flowers.
Use picks to dunk through sauce.
