  Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Sherry 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Dash
  Soft breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Large shrimp 3 Ounce (cooked)
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Cayenne 1 Dash

Melt margarine over low heat.
Add parsley, sherry, and seasonings; cook slightly.
Add bread crumbs; toss to mix.
Place shrimp in small baking dish.
Top with bread crumb mixture.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 20 minutes.
