Garlic Shrimp & Vegetables
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Green onions||8 Ounce, chopped (1 Bunch)|
|Pepper red||1 , chopped|
|Large shrimp||1 Pound, peeled and deveined|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Lime||1 , juiced|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
Heat butter and oil in medium skillet or wok over medium heat.
Add onions and red pepper.
Stir-fry 2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add shrimp and garlic; stir-fry 2 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Stir in lime juice.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Garnish as desired.
