This delightful shrimp pasta is a cheesy fettucine delight. Made with cooked shrimps tossed with vegetables and garlic, it is creamed with heavy cream and cheese. Herbed with dill, the two cheese shrimp milano is served warm for a memorable comfort meal anyday!
|Frozen cleaned shrimp||1 Pound, cooked, drained|
|Mushroom slices||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Bell pepper strips||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Green / Red Colored)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pasteurized process cheese spread||3⁄4 Pound, cubed|
|Whipping cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 1⁄2 Ounce (1/3 Cup)|
|Fettuccini||8 Ounce, cooked, drained|
In large skillet, saute shrimp, vegetables and garlic in margarine.
Reduce heat to low.
Add process cheese spread, cream and dill.
Stir until process cheese spread is melted.
Stir in parmesan cheese.
Add fettucini; toss lightly.
