  Mayonnaise 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Rice wine/Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Hard boiled egg 1 , finely chopped
  Apple 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Cooked shrimp 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Capers 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , thinly sliced

Mix mayonnaise with the lemon juice, white wine and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir in egg, apple and celery.
Season with salt and pepper.
Gently fold the shrimp into the mixture, reserving a few for garnish.
