Ingredients
  Jumbo shrimp 2 Pound, shelled and deveined
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), finely chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil/Peanut oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Place the shrimp in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and let marinate at room temperature several hours.
2. Broil the shrimp over charcoal or in preheated kitchen broiler about four or five minutes, or until the shrimp are just cooked through. Turn once.

I use frozen peeled, raw shrimp. It also works well if you marinate overnight in the fridge. Cooking the shrimp on the grill is much better than broiling.
