|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Shrimp||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|
|Shallots||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Plain yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a bowl, mix cheese, shrimp, shallots and yogurt until well blended.
In a small saucepan, sprinkle water with gelatin.
Over low heat, dissolve gelatin.
Blend into shrimp mixture.
Pour into a mold.
Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
In a bowl filled with hot water, dip bottom of mold 10 seconds.
