Shrimp Mold

Shrimp Mold is easy to make. Shrimp mold has a good taste. Shrimp Mold can be tried well with Cheese lovers.
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Shrimp 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Shallots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 1

In a bowl, mix cheese, shrimp, shallots and yogurt until well blended.
Set aside.
In a small saucepan, sprinkle water with gelatin.
Over low heat, dissolve gelatin.
Blend into shrimp mixture.
Pour into a mold.
Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
In a bowl filled with hot water, dip bottom of mold 10 seconds.
