Greens With Dill Shrimp

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced/mashed
  Small shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, cooked and shelled
  Torn romaine lettuce/Butter lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs), chilled
  Jack cheese/Titlist cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), cubed
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , thinly sliced
Directions

Combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, dill weed, salt, mustard, pepper, and garlic; shake well to blend.
Pour over shrimp; cover and let stand for about 1 hour in refrigerator.
