  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash

1. Combine flour, water, salt and pepper. Beat with a fork until smooth.
2. Then blend in baking powder.
