Shrimp Stuffed Peppers
|Green peppers||6 , parboiled|
|Finely chopped cooked shrimp||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
Remove top and scoop out center of green peppers.
Parboil in small amount of water until just to the soft stage, about 5 minutes.
Combine other ingredients.
Stuff peppers and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
