Ingredients
  Cream cheese 20 Ounce (Two 10 Ounce Packages)
  Crumbled blue cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced black olives 2 Tablespoon
  Canned pimientos 2 , finely chopped
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Seasoned pepper 1 Dash
  Ripe firm tomatoes 4 Medium, halved crossway
  Shrimp 1 Pound, cooked and cleaned
  Lemon slices 8
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mash cheeses together to a paste.
Add olives, pimiento, onion, and pepper, whip until fluffy.
Place tomato halves in 2 quart oblong baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Arrange shrimp on tomato halves, spoon cheese mixture on shrimp; top with lemon slices.
Cook in Radarange oven 3 1/2 minutes, turn dish 180°, cook 3 1/2 minutes more.
Let stand few seconds before serving.
