Microwaved Garlic Shrimp
Devour this delicious and easy to prepare Garlic Shrimp. It is pretty good enough to be served as a side dish for parties and get together!
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Fresh shrimp||1⁄4 Pound, peeled and deveined (medium)|
|Fresh parsley||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, snipped|
|Parmesan cheese||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
In small mixing bowl, combine butter and garlic.
Microwave at high (10) 1 to 2 minutes.
Add shrimp and parsley.
Microwave at medium high (7) 1 to 2 minutes; stir after 30 seconds.
Stir in Parmesan cheese.
