|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Snow peas||6 Ounce, trimmed|
|Green onions||6 , cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Red bell pepper||1 , cut into 1/2 inch strips|
|Peeled deveined medium shrimp||1 Pound|
|Large mushrooms||1⁄4 Pound, quartered|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Seasoned rice vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Sesame oil||1 Teaspoon|
Heat olive oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add snow peas, onions and red pepper; stir-fry 2 minutes.
Add shrimp; stir-fry 2 minutes or until shrimp are opaque.
Add mushrooms; stir-fry until tender and most of liquid evaporates.
