Diced red bell pepper
1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Green onion tops
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced (With Tops)
1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Peeled and deveined shrimp
Seafood seasoning blend
1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Cooked With 1 /16 Teaspoon Ground Saffron / Turmeric)
Grated parmesan cheese
Cook and stir bell pepper, onions, and garlic in margarine in medium skillet over medium heat 1 to 2 minutes.
Add shrimp and seasoning blend; cook, stirring, 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are opaque.
Stir in rice and cheese; cook and stir until thoroughly heated, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Garnish as desired.
