|Diced red bell pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Green onion tops||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced (With Tops)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Peeled and deveined shrimp||1⁄2 Pound|
|Seafood seasoning blend||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cooked rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Cooked With 1 /16 Teaspoon Ground Saffron / Turmeric)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Cook and stir bell pepper, onions, and garlic in margarine in medium skillet over medium heat 1 to 2 minutes.
Add shrimp and seasoning blend; cook, stirring, 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are opaque.
Stir in rice and cheese; cook and stir until thoroughly heated, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Garnish as desired.
