Boiled Shrimp

Ingredients
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Lemon 1 , halved
  Stalk celery 1 , cut into 3 inch pieces
  Unpeeled shrimp 2 Pound
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil.
Add shrimp, and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain well; rinse with cold water.
Chill.
Peel and devein shrimp.
