|Water||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , halved|
|Stalk celery||1 , cut into 3 inch pieces|
|Unpeeled shrimp||2 Pound|
Combine first 5 ingredients in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil.
Add shrimp, and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain well; rinse with cold water.
Peel and devein shrimp.
