Honeyed Shrimps

Ingredients
  Large shrimps 8 Ounce (500 Gram, Prawns)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper powder 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, roughly crushed
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, roughly crushed
  Lemon rind 1
Directions

Mix all ingredients and marinate shrimps for 2 hours.
Oil the barbecue plate/rack.
Preheat barbecue to low medium heat.
Cook the shrimps on the lightly oiled barbecue for 10-12 minutes or till done.
