Pineapple Shrimp Appetizers
|Canned crushed pineapple in juice||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can, Dole)|
|Canned pacific shrimp||5 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced green onion||1 Tablespoon (Dole)|
|Dijon style mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients except cucumbers in medium bowl.
Cut cucumbers in 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick slices.
Spoon heaping teaspoon of pineapple mixture on top of each slice.
Garnish with additional dill or minced green onion, if desired.
