Pineapple Shrimp Appetizers

Ingredients
  Canned crushed pineapple in juice 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can, Dole)
  Canned pacific shrimp 5 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced green onion 1 Tablespoon (Dole)
  Dijon style mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cucumbers 2
Directions

Combine all ingredients except cucumbers in medium bowl.
Cut cucumbers in 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick slices.
Spoon heaping teaspoon of pineapple mixture on top of each slice.
Garnish with additional dill or minced green onion, if desired.
