Sweet And Sour Shrimp has a great taste. Sweet And Sour Shrimp gets its taste from Shrimp fried after dipping in mixture of eggs and cornstarch and served with rice. Sweet And Sour Shrimp is inspired by restaurants across the world.
|Unpeeled shrimp||1 1⁄2 Pound (Fresh)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cornstarch||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
|Hot cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sweet and sour sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Peel and devein shrimp.
Combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, egg, salt, water, and 1 teaspoon vegetable oil; mix well.
Dip shrimp into batter, and fry in hot oil (375°) until golden brown.
