Island Shrimp

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder To Taste
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Ketchup 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shrimp 1 Pound, cleaned and cooked
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Blend butter and flour over low heat.
Gradually stir in milk and cook, stirring, until sauce is smooth and thickened.
Stir in horseradish, garlic powder, and ketchup.
Add shrimp.
