Marinated And Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients
  Large fresh shrimp 2 Pound (Unpeeled)
  Sherry 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sesame seed oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Peel and devein shrimp, and place in a large shallow container.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over shrimp.
Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, stirring shrimp occasionally.
Remove shrimp from marinade, reserving marinade.
Thread shrimp on skewers.
Grill over medium-hot coals 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
Baste frequently with marinade.
