Green Chilli SHRIMP LOLLIPOPS

Shrimp a skewer, bathed it in a delicious Green Chilli Coriander batter, flash fried and then served it with a fresh red chilli garlic dipping sauce. Heaven!

Ingredients

Tiger shrimp 600 Gram ((about 1 lb 3 oz))
Green chile 3
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
Lime juice 1 Tablespoon ((from 1 lime))
Fresh coriander 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((2 handfuls))
Gram flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Rice flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((as needed))
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
White pepper 1 Teaspoon
Finely chopped coriander 2 Tablespoon
Sliced chili 2
Salt To Taste
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) ((For deep frying))
