|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sifted all purpose flour||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs) (Robin Hood)|
Preheat oven to 300° F (slow).
Cream the butter and gradually add the sugar.
Blend in the flour gradually.
Turn dough out on lightly floured board and knead slightly.
Roll out 1/4" thickness.
Cut in Christmas shapes.
Sprinkle with red or green sugar or decorate to suit.
Bake at 300° F for 20-25 minutes.
