|Icing sugar||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Berry sugar||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Butter||500 Milliliter (2 Cup)|
Preheat the oven to 325Â°F (160Â°C).
In a large bowl, combine the flour, 2 sugars and salt.
Rub or cut the butter in, using your fingers.
Mold together until you have a smooth mixture.
Roll out (on a floured board) to about 1/4" -1/2" (0.5-1.25 cm) thick.
Use a 2"-2 1/2" (5-6 cm) cookie cutter to cut into rounds.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake about 15 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
