Shortbread

This Shortbread is simply irresistible and mouth-watering. Try this easy to prepare Shortbread; I am sure you will love to share it with your friends and family.
Ingredients
  Flour 1 Liter (4 Cups)
  Icing sugar 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Berry sugar 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 500 Milliliter (2 Cup)
Directions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a large bowl, combine the flour, 2 sugars and salt.
Rub or cut the butter in, using your fingers.
Mold together until you have a smooth mixture.
Roll out (on a floured board) to about 1/4" -1/2" (0.5-1.25 cm) thick.
Use a 2"-2 1/2" (5-6 cm) cookie cutter to cut into rounds.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake about 15 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
