|Pie crust mix||11 Ounce (1 packet free flowing)|
|Confectioners sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped blanched almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Almond extract||1 Teaspoon|
Heat oven to 350Â°.
Prepare pastry for Two-crust Pie as directed on package except before adding water to pie crust mix, mix in sugar, nuts and al mond extract.
Roll dough 1/2 inch thick on lightly floured board.
Cut into 1 1/4 inch diamonds.
Place 1/2 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake about 15 minutes or until set.
Immediately remove from baking sheet.
