Quick Shortbread Fingers

Ingredients
  Soft margarine 4 Ounce
  Castor sugar 2 Ounce
  Plain flour 6 Ounce
  Castor sugar 1 Tablespoon (for sprinkling)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by preheating the oven to 325ºF degrees

MAKING
2. In a bowl, place all the ingredeints and mix it throughly
3. Use your finger tips to knead the ingredeints properly together, until they turn smooth, so that you ca make a firm smooth ball
4. On a flavoured board, place the ingredeints and divide into 2 portions, then trim into 2 oblongs, around 8 by 2 1/2 inches
5. On a baking tray, covered with greasedproof paper, place the ingredeints
6. Finally bake at 325ºF degrees for about 30-35 minutes
7. Once baked completely, take out the shortbread and cut them into fingers and sprinkle castor sugar over it
8. Let the fingers cool in the baking tray for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire tray and let it cool

SERVING
9. Serve with coffee
