Lemon Nut Shortbread
|Flour||3 Ounce (85 gram)|
|Maize meal||3 Ounce (85 gram)|
|Hazelnut||3 Ounce, ground (85 gram)|
|Syrup||1 1⁄4 Tablespoon (heaped)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Vegan margarine||3 Ounce (85 gram)|
1) Take a mixing bowl and mix together flour, maize meal, ground hazels, syrup, lemon juice and vegan margarine.
2) Press prepared mixture in shallow tins.
3) Bake for about 30 minutes at 350°F/180°C, keeping the gas mark 4.
4) Allow the shortbread to cool down and then serve immediately.
