Scotch Shortbread

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar till fluffy and mix two and a half cups of water into it until well blended
2. Dust the surface with the rest of the flour and knead the dough on it till the dough begins to crack, roll it out to a thickness of quarter inch and cut it into desired shapes
3. Place them on a ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 275°F for fifty minutes until golden

SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
