|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 300°.
Cream together butter and sugar in food processor.
Add both flours and mix thoroughly.
Press dough into an 8" x 8" ungreased pan. Bake at 300° for 50-60 minutes or until shortbread is pale beige in color.
Remove from oven, cool 5 minutes on a wire rack. Cut into squares while still warm.
