|Butter||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Pecan halves||1 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Powdered sugar||2 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
Cream butter: add sugar gradually.
Work In flour and salt.
Add more flour if needed to make a dough stiff enough to handle.
Make into small balls and top with pecan halves.
Place on greased cookie sheets and bake at 350° for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until slightly brown.
Roll In powdered sugar while hot.
