|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
Cream butter and sugar till fluffy.
Stir in flour.
Chill several hours.
Divide in half.
On ungreased cookie sheet pat each half of dough into a 7-inch circle.
With a fork prick each circle deeply to make 16 wedges.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 300° about 30 minutes.
Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet.
