|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened|
|Powdered sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sifted|
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 325°.
Lightly grease a 9-inch square baking pan; set aside.
In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Stir in flour and blend well.
With your hands, gather up dough and press it evenly over bottom of prepared pan.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until pale golden brown.
Transfer pan to wire rack and cut into small squares; let cool in pan.
