These thick and creamy milkshakes are simply to die for in the summer. Made with fresh fruits like bananas, berries, peaches and dates, the thick and creamy milkshakes are blended together with cottage cheese and honey for an extra natural sweetness and creamy texture.
  Cold milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Bananas 2 Medium, frozen and cut up
  Chopped peaches/Strawberries/blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Fresh Or Frozen)
  Cream style cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pitted dates 4
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Ice cubes 5 Large

In a blender container combine milk, frozen bananas, desired chopped fruit, cottage cheese, dates, honey, and ice cubes.
Cover and blend till smooth.
