Yogurt Fruit Shake
|Halved strawberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 Milliliter)|
|Cubed mango||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 Milliliter)|
|Cubed pineapple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cubed (125 Milliliter)|
|Unflavored yogurt/Fruit juice / milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 Milliliter)|
|Ice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (125 Milliliter)|
Peel and break banana into blender.
Add strawberries, mango, pineapple and yogurt and puree.
Add ice and blend until ice is very fine and drink is very frothy.
Serve in tall glasses with straws.
