Ingredients
  Apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple 1 Large, cored, peeled, and sliced
  Banana 1 , peeled and sliced
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Place apple juice, apple, banana, and cinnamon in blender or food processor and process until smooth.
