Chocolate Peppermint Protein Shake

This chocolate peppermint shake recipe is easy to make and nutritious along with being filling. This shake can be made at home simply with your favorite protein powder or supplement. Just make sure you use as much as organic and fresh wholesome products as you can.
Ingredients
  Chia seeds 1 Tablespoon, soaked
  Egg yolks 3 (Fresh, organic)
  Raw cacao powder 1 Tablespoon (organic)
  Coconut oil 1 Teaspoon
  Bananas 2 Medium
  Water/Raw milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla essence 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Peppermint essence 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. To the blender add the bananas and water and blend.
2. Add some coconut oil, chia seeds and cacao powder.
3. Add the vanilla and peppermint. Blend.
4. Add in the eggs. Blend for only 2-3 seconds.

SERVING
5. Serve in a tall glass topped with whipped cream.

This recipe makes 2 servings.

Hey, This recipe looks cool i want to try this recipe but i can not find chia seeds in my local market. Can you please tell me any substitute for chia seeds?

I love the shake! It seems to be healthy and super delicious. I think I can use it as my summer drink with the addition of few ice cubes :))

I have heard that protein powders build on body mass and if included in this chocolate peppermint shake will there be any taste difference?
