Healthy Protein Shake

This protein shake recipe can be made by you at home with all natural ingredients. Simply and easily made in a blender, this protein shake is nutrient rich and wholesome. Kick start your day with this filling shake. It will keep you full for a long time.
Ingredients
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Banana 1 Medium
  Almond butter 1 Tablespoon
  Tahini 1 Tablespoon
  Dates 2 , pitted
  Fig 1 Medium
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celtic sea salt 1 Pinch
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 2 Medium (raw)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender pour in the water.
2. Next add banana, almond butter, tahini, dates, fig, vanilla, Celtic Sea Salt and the cinamon.
3. Blend all the ingredients.
4. Blend the raw egg yolks in only for 2-3 seconds.

SERVING
5. Pour this shake in a glass and serve it chilled or with some ice cubes.

NOTES
Instead of the egg yolks you can use your favourite refined protein powder like Maca powder. Also you can use raw cacao powder.
