Amrood Ka Sharbat
|Milk||3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs)|
|Rose water||1 Teaspoon|
|Crushed ice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1)In a blender container, add guavas and sugar and whip together for some 5 minutes.
2)Stir milk and blend for 2 minutes.
3)Using a sieve, strain the concoction. Chill it until served.
4)Add rose water and stir. Pour in glass and top ice. Serve immediately.
