Apricot Shake

Ingredients
  Milk 2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)
  Dried apricots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 7 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine the first 4 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
Garnish beverage with an apricot flower threaded on a straw, if desired.
To make apricot flower, place 1 whole dried apricot, moist side down, on an absorbent paper towel.
Roll apricot with a rolling pin to slightly flatten it.
(Paper towel will absorb excess moisture from apricot.) Cut slits all around apricot using kitchen shears, cutting to but not through center.
Hold apricot, drier side down, and pinch center of apricot to make top of apricot bunch into petals.
Thread center of flower onto straw, pinching flower so it adheres to straw.
Serve drink immediately.
