Mango Milk Shake

Ingredients
  Ripe alphonso mango/Ready made mango pulp 8
  Milk 1 Liter
  Sugar To Taste
Directions

1. Boil the milk with sufficient sugar to make it sweet. Simmer for seven minutes, remove from fire and cool. When cold, chill in the refrigerator.
2. Five minutes before the drinks are needed liquidize a little fresh or canned mango pulp with a quarter of the milk. In this manner liquidise all the pulp alongwith the chilled milk.
3. Serve in tall glasses whilst still frothy.
