Ingredients
  Unsweetened almond milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Strawberry 8
  Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Avocado 1⁄2
  Protein shake 1 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Ice cubes 5
Directions

MAKING
1.Blend together strawberries,avocado,protein shake and spinach with some ice cubes and almond milk.

SERVING
2.Serve in a tall glass and have it post workout.
