Ingredients
  Bananas 5 Large, cut into thick rounds and frozen overnight
  Dates 4 , pitted
  Mint leaves 3
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor, blend the frozen bananas, dates and mint leaves along with the water, to a smooth consistency.

SERVING
2. Serve chilled, for breakfast, with wholegrain toasts and an egg white omelette!
