Protein Shake Two Ways

Ingredients
  Rice milk 10 Ounce (for the banana peanut butter chocolate shake)
  Vi shape mix 8 Tablespoon (4 tablespoons for the banana peanut butter chocolate shake and 4 tablespoons for the orange, strawberry and mango shake)
  Peanut butter coconut 1 Tablespoon (for the banana peanut butter chocolate shake)
  Vi shape chocolate flavor pack 1 Small (for the banana peanut butter chocolate shake)
  Banana 1⁄2 Large (for the banana peanut butter chocolate shake)
  Orange juice 10 Ounce (for the orange, strawberry and mango shake)
  Orange zest 1⁄2 Teaspoon (for the orange, strawberry and mango shake)
  Lemon zest 1 Pinch (for the orange, strawberry and mango shake)
  Mango 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), peeled, pitted and cubed (for the orange, strawberry and mango shake)
  Strawberries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (for the orange, strawberry and mango shake)
  Ice cube 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1/2 cup for the for the banana peanut butter chocolate shake and 1/2 cup for the orange, strawberry and mango shake)
Directions

MAKING
FOR THE BANANA PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE SHAKE
1. In a blender,pour the rice milk.
2. Add 4 tablespoons of Vi Shape mix and the peanut butter coconut.
3. Add the contents of the Vi Shape chocolate flavor pack.
4. Throw in the ice and half a banana.
5. Pulse the blender till the contents become smooth and frothy.
6. Pour in glasses.

FOR THE ORANGE, STRAWBERRY AND MANGO SHAKE
7. In a blender, pour the orange juice.
8. Add 4 tablespoons of Vi Shape Mix.
9. Throw in the orange and lemon zest.
10.Drop the mango cubes and the strawberries in the blender.
11.Throw in the ice cubes and pulse the blender till the contents are smooth and frothy.
12.Pour into tall glasses.

SERVING
13.Serve the protein shake right away. These are a good meal replacement option.
